Having a German Shepard and a Jack Russell requires a commitment to making sure they get enough exercise. This has been a challenge for me since I have Lupus and am not able to walk them daily due to my physical limitations. Because of this, I am always looking for new ways to exercise them in our small backyard.
When Lily was a puppy, her trainer, Anthony Gio Giammarco from K9 Bar Academy, introduced her to agility training using the tunnel. I love how it not only exercises the body, but provides great stimulation for the dog's mind. I just ordered a tunnel from Amazon.com and will be adding the additional equipment as Indigo & Lily progress. And, I'll also be calling Anthony for some lessons - he's amazing! Hope to have some great pics and feedback to share with you in the future.
