In the kitchen today sharing this wonderful Red Lentils & Kale with Coconut, Ginger & Crispy Shallots recipe from Farmhouse Table. I love the flavor combination and textures of this dish! It would be great as a side or even a main dish adding grilled shrimp. I'm planning to add some currants to give it a touch of sweetness.
