Oh, how I love a good crab cake! My husband and I are going to The Palm tonight for Valentine's Day and I've been looking forward to having their crab cakes all week. They are the best!
I love that they don't put mayonnaise in their crab cakes and are mostly large chunks of crab and not too much bread. I've made these at home for a dinner party and they were fantastic! Click here for the recipe on cooks.com.
I'm not a fan of heavy mayonnaise dressings, so I always order mine with cocktail sauce. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it!
