Artist Spotlight - Dog Collages By Michel Keck

I absolutely love Michel Keck's modern dog collages!  I visited her website after seeing one of Michel's abstract paintings online and was delighted to discover her modern dog collage series.  Wonderful use of color, pattern and textures.  I also love the different materials she uses and that she incorporates photos into the collages. These pups make me smile!

Michel is a self-taught painter from the mid-west and quite a prolific artist creating an array of art - abstract and nude paintings, mixed media and collages. She has over 100 dog collages in her collection and they are all wonderful.  It was really hard to choose these 5 for my post!

Stop by Michel's website to see her impressive body of work and the other collages in her dog series - she also offers prints of each for purchase.  You'll be glad you did!

Thanks for inspiring me today Michel!

  4. People tie their dogs up to a post in a public area when going to the store, coffee shop or even a park. This may seem like it’s one of those things that seems pretty benign. Check out this blog to know more.
